Introduction:

With increasing spends on health care and explosive growth in the health care organisations, it is become imperative that the providers gear up to face the new challenges that will be thrown up due to this growth.

The India Vision 2020 report has stated “Physicians, Nurses, Medical Technicians and other Scientific Occupations Will become growth industries to rival the IT sector within the next Decade”.

Given this situation, a need was felt to design a course to meet the management needs of Medical Professionals, Hospital administrators, management professionals in the health care space to equip themselves with the tools to improve and sustain the quality of health care delivery.

Program Objectives:	A senior management program for health care professionals aimed to enhance the leadership abilities and lead the change in their organisations to becoming world class providers of health care with emphasis on quality health care delivery. This program will give an orientation on quality management enabling future accreditation processes.

Eligibility	• Any Degree with recognized university. • Doctors / Administrative Officers in Healthcare institutions. • HOD / Section Head / Executives – working in Healthcare area. • Management Students who wants learn about Hospital Management.
Course Fee	Rs 15,000/- for the entire course which covers course material and refreshments during the course period. The DD to be in favour of MEDICAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION, CHENNAI.
Course Duration	A full day program on four Consecutive Sundays
Methodology	Class room lectures followed by simple exercises to understand the application of the concepts. The course draws from the rich, real-time experiences in hospital management and the latest managerial techniques from the subject experts with appropriate theoretical inputs in the required areas.

Certificate	On successful completion of the course certificates will be awarded to the participants by The Sankara Nethralaya Academy ( Unit of Medical Research Foundation, Chennai)
