A pre test will be conducted online before the start of the course |
| |
The course materials will be provided online to the candidate |
| |
The candidate has to finish the first 4 modules as given in the course contents within 4 weeks of online training |
| |
Rest of the modules will be done during the in- house training |
| |
Post-test will be conducted online at the end of each module |
| |
The candidate will be given hands- on training at the Binocular Vision/ Vision therapy clinic at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai |
| |
The candidate is expected to do a minimum of 20 Orthoptic work- ups at the end of hands- on training. 2 case reports have to be submitted |
| |
Interactive sessions like case discussions, quiz, Cross word puzzles, etc will be carried out during the in-house training. The candidate will also actively participate in journal clubs, grand rounds pertinent to Binocular vision and Vision therapy |
| |
At the end of 8 weeks of in-house training, a practical examination and viva would be conducted. The Log books, case reports and the attitude of the candidate would be evaluated on a continuous basis |

Certificate with grades will be issued on satisfactory performance |
